淫羊藿及其活性成分防治骨质疏松症的研究进展

Research Progress of Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii)and Its Active Ingredients in Preventing and Treating Osteoporosis

骨质疏松症(OP)以骨量减少、骨微观结构的改变为特征,进而致使骨脆性增加从而发生骨折的增龄性骨质病变。随着全球大多数国家人口老龄化,增龄导致骨质疏松及其骨折的发病率逐年上升。单一的局部治疗和较高的治疗费增加患者的负担,骨质疏松及其伴随的并发症已致使人们的生活质量降低。中医药防治OP的疗效和安全性虽以得到广泛认可,但对其发挥作用机制的全面性、整体性仍要进一步研究。补肾中药淫羊藿及其活性成分被证实可以有效防治OP,将近几年来淫羊藿及其活性成分防治骨质疏松的作用及其作用机制进行综述,旨在为临床和科研使用淫羊藿治疗骨质疏松症提供新思路、新角度、新方法。

Osteoporosis(OP)is characterized by decreased bone mass and changes in bone microstructure,which in turn leads to increased bone fragility and age-related bone lesions that lead to fractures.With the aging of the population in most countries around the world,the incidence of OP and fractures is increasing year by year.Single local treatment and higher treatment costs increase the burden on patients,and OP and its accompanying complications have reduced people’s quality of life.Although the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of OP have been widely recognized,the comprehensiveness and integrity of its mechanism of action still need to be further studied.The kidney-tonifying Chinese medicine Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii)and its active ingredients have been proved to be effective in preventing and treating OP.This article reviewed the effects of Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii)and its active ingredients in preventing and treating OP and its mechanism of action in recent years,in order to provide new ideas,angles and methods for clinical and scientific research.
