中药单体抗乳腺癌作用机制研究进展

Research Progress of Anti-Breast Cancer Mechanism of Chinese Herbal Medicine

乳腺癌是主要来源于女性乳腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤,发病率逐年上升,严重威胁女性健康,是全球女性死亡的主要原因之一。临床常规采用的手术、放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗及靶向药物治疗等治疗方式,因其无法避免的毒副作用及后遗症,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,中药因其多靶点、多通路、低毒、增效、经济的独特的优势,得到国内外学者的广泛关注,并对具有抗乳腺癌功效的中药单体进行了大量研究。通过查阅整理国内外近10年相关文献,将中药单体体外抑制乳腺癌细胞生长增殖、诱导乳腺癌细胞凋亡、抑制乳腺癌的侵袭转移、诱导乳腺癌细胞周期阻滞、调节肿瘤免疫微环境、逆转多药耐药等方面为主要内容,综述中药单体体外抗乳腺癌的作用机制的研究进展,以求为中药单体治疗乳腺癌方面提供借鉴和参考。

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor mainly derived from female breast epithelial tissues.The incidence rate is increasing year by year.It is a serious threat to women’s health and is one of the main causes of female deaths in the world.The treatment methods such as surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,endocrine therapy and targeted drug therapy commonly used in clinical practice have severely affected the quality of life of patients due to their unavoidable side effects and sequelae.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad due to its unique advantages of multiple targets,multiple pathways,low toxicity,synergy,and economy,and a large number of studies have been conducted on Chinese medicine monomers with anti-breast cancer effects.In this article,by reviewing and sorting out the relevant domestic and foreign literatures in the past 10 years,Chinese medicine monomers inhibiting breast cancer cell growth and proliferation in vitro,inducing breast cancer cell apoptosis,inhibiting breast cancer invasion and metastasis,inducing breast cancer cell cycle arrest and regulating the tumor immune microenvironment and reversing multidrug resistance are the main contents.The research progress of the mechanism of anti-breast cancer in vitro by Chinese medicine monomer is reviewed,in order to provide reference for the treatment of breast cancer by Chinese medicine monomer.
