针药结合治疗动脉粥样硬化临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress in Treatment of Atherosclerosis with Acupuncture and Medicine

动脉粥样硬化(AS)是临床常见的心脑血管疾病的元凶,具有发病高、高病死率的特点,目前并没有根治的方法。AS是由于脂质代谢障碍,炎细胞浸润,血液流变学异常等复杂的原因所导致。针药结合治疗AS的临床研究已进行多年,在提高临床综合疗效方面具有一定的优势。目前,临床医生采用针药结合治疗AS的方式有“针刺结合中药”“针刺结合西药”“针刺结合中西药”“温针灸结合药物”等。针药联合治疗是将针灸激发经络腧穴的作用与药物的靶向作用相结合,在多层次,多靶点,多途径的交互中治疗疾病。将近十几年有关针药结合治疗AS性心脑血管病临床研究进行综述,以期为AS的临床治疗提供参考依据。

Atherosclerosis(AS)is the culprit of common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in clinic and is characterized by high incidence and high mortality.There is no radical cure at present.AS is caused by complex reasons such as lipid metabolism disorder,inflammatory cell infiltration and abnormal hemorheology.The clinical research on acupuncture combined with medicine in treating AS has been carried out for many years,which has certain advantages in improving the comprehensive clinical curative effect.At present,clinicians use acupuncture combined with medicine to treat AS,including"acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine","acupuncture combined with western medicine","acupuncture combined with Chinese and western medicine","warm acupuncture combined with medicine"and so on.The combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine is to combine acupuncture and moxibustion to stimulate meridians and acupoints with drug targeting,and treat diseases in multi-level,multi-target and multi-channel interaction.In this paper,the clinical research on acupuncture combined with medicine in treating AS in recent ten years is reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of AS.
