混合式学习环境下高校教师教学力模型建构——基于扎根理论分析 被引量:6

Model Construction for Teaching Power of Faculty Members in Blended Learning Environment:Analysis Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 混合式学习环境为高校教师教学力赋予了新内涵,也带来了新问题,不仅需要从理论和政策层面进行研究,更需要从主体意识和实践层面深入探讨。本文围绕高校教师教学力的内涵与构成,对11名具有混合式教学经验的教师进行深入的个案研究。研究发现,高校教师教学力是涵盖专业精神、教学素养、学科素养、信息素养、人际交往五个维度彼此关联、全面发展的行动系统,本质上是一个多元叠加的“关系复合体”,应摆脱单向度的线性发展模式,实现教师与自我、教师与教学、教师与学科、教师与技术、教师与他人五层关系的融贯性螺旋发展。该研究结果构成了高校教师ETDTO教学力模型,也为理解该群体的个人体验和实践智慧、拓宽专业发展路径提供了新的视角。 Blended learning environment has endowed the teaching power of faculty members with new meanings as well as many new problems.It needs not only research from theoretical and political aspects but also explore from subject consciousness and practice.Focusing on the connotation and composition of teaching power of faculty members,this paper makes an in-depth case study on 11 teachers with mixed teaching experience.Through grounded theoretical analysis,it is found that the teaching power of faculty members is an action system that covers the five dimensions of professional spirit,teaching literacy,discipline literacy,information literacy and interpersonal communication,which are interrelated and fully developed.In essence,the teaching power is a“Relation Complex”with multiple superpositions.It must get rid of the one-dimensional linear development model and realize the harmonious spiral development of the five-layer relationship between teacher and ego,teacher and teaching,teacher and discipline,teacher and technology,teacher and others.This conclusion constitutes the ETDTO model of teaching power of faculty members,which has been provided new knowledge and new perspectives for understanding their personal experience and practical wisdom and widening their roads of professional development.
