摘要
柴油车尾气中的污染物有CO、NO_(X)、HC、颗粒物等,其中颗粒物造成了雾霾等严重的环境污染问题,柴油车颗粒过滤器(DPF)是解决烟灰颗粒排放最为有效的方法之一,而过滤材料的性能是影响DPF技术最为关键的因素。本文论述了柴油车颗粒过滤器捕集烟灰的基本原理,并就柴油车颗粒过滤器基体材料的性能要求做了叙述。简要介绍了几种常用柴油车颗粒过滤器基体材料的优势、缺陷和制备方法。另外,介绍了几种新型基体材料的特点和制备。
The pollutants in diesel vehicle exhaust include CO,NO_(X),HC,particulate matter,etc.Among them,particulate matter causes serious environmental pollution problems such as smog.Diesel particulate filter(DPF)is one of the most effective methods to solve soot particle emissions.The performance of the filter material is the most critical factor affecting DPF technology.This article discusses the basic principles of soot capture by diesel particulate filters,and describes the performance requirements of the base materials of diesel particulate filters.The advantages,defects and preparation methods of several commonly used diesel vehicle particulate filter matrix materials are briefly introduced.In addition,the characteristics and preparation of several new matrix materials are introduced.
