人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋臼骨折术后创伤性关节炎的中远期疗效分析

Mid-Term and Long-Term Efficacy Analysis of Total Hip Arthroplasty in Treatment of Acetabulum Fracture with Postoperative Traumatic Arthritis

目的:分析髋臼骨折术后创伤性关节炎应用人工全髋关节置换术治疗的中远期治疗效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月收治的56例髋臼骨折术后创伤性关节炎患者,依据不同治疗措施分为对照组和研究组,各28例。对照组行保守治疗,研究组行人工全髋关节置换术。比较两组患者治疗效果、髋关节Harris评分、生活质量评分。结果:研究组患者髋关节Harris评分治疗1、3、6、12个月高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率(85.71%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对髋臼骨折术后创伤性关节炎患者应用人工髋关节置换术治疗具有积极意义,中远期髋关节功能恢复效果显著,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the mid-term and long-term effects of total hip arthroplasty in treatment of acetabulum fracture with postoperative traumatic arthritis.Methods:A total of 56 acetabulum fracture patients with traumatic arthritis treated from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.According to different treatment measures,patients were divided into control group and study group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received conservative treatment and the study group received total hip arthroplasty.Treatment effects,Harris hip score and quality of life score were compared between two groups.Results:The Harris hip score of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 1,3,6,and 12 months after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the study group(85.71%)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with traumatic arthritis after acetabular fracture has positive significance.The mid-term and long-term hip joint function recovery is significant.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
