全冠修复治疗后牙牙体缺损的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Complete Coronal Restoration in Treatment of Posterior Tooth Defect

目的:探究全冠修复治疗后牙牙体缺损的效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年3月酒泉口腔医院口腔科收治的220例后牙牙体缺损患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,各110例。试验组行全冠修复治疗,对照组行全瓷高嵌体修复治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组咀嚼功能、舒适度、美观度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后各临床指标评分均高于治疗前,且试验组治疗后各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全冠修复治疗后牙牙体缺损效果显著,对患者牙周组织损伤小,并发症发生率低,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of complete coronal restoration in the treatment of posterior tooth defect.Methods:From April 2020 to March 2021,220 patients with posterior tooth defect who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Jiuquan Stomatological Hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 110 cases in each group.The experimental group was given complete coronal restoration,and the control group was given complete ceramic onlay restoration.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of masticatory function,comfort and aesthetics between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of each clinical index in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of each index in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The patient’s satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The complete coronal restoration has a significant effect in the treatment of posterior tooth defects,with less damage to the periodontal tissue of patients,low complication rate,and high patient’s satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
