补肺汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果分析

Effect Analysis of Modified Reinforcing Lung Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency Type

目的:分析补肺汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月枣庄市台儿庄区中医院收治的120例肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组法分为两组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补肺汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗前后临床症状积分、肺功能、呼吸功能的变化以及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后观察组临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肺功能各指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者最大吸气口腔压(MIP)、动脉血二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组,动脉血氧分压水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中加用补肺汤加减治疗,可以有效改善患者的临床症状、肺功能以及呼吸功能,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Reinforcing Lung Decoction in the treatment of patients withchronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage with lung-spleen qi deficiency type.Methods:From August 2019 to August2020,120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage with lung-spleen qi deficiency type who wereadmitted to the Taierzhuang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zaozhuang City were selected as the studysubjects and divided into two groups by computer randomization method.The control group was given routine treatment,and theobservation group was additionally given Reinforcing Lung Decoction on this basis.The changes of clinical symptom scores,pulmonary function,respiratory function and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups before andafter treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of pulmonary function indexes in theobservation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,the levels of maximum inspiratory oral pressure(MIP)and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observationgroup were lower than those in the control group,and the arterial blood oxygen partial pressure was higher than that in the controlgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group washigher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition ofReinforcing Lung Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage with lung-spleen qideficiency type can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and respiratory function of patients,and thetherapeutic effect is significant.
