艾灸对胰岛素注射导致的皮下硬结效果分析

摘要 目的:分析胰岛素注射导致的皮下硬结应用艾灸方法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月1日-2020年12月31日收治的74例胰岛素注射导致的皮下硬结患者,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组行常规糖尿病教育指导,试验组采用常规糖尿病教育指导联合艾灸。比较两组患者治疗总有效率以及胰岛素注射导致的皮下硬结改善情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,试验组轻度、中度、重度皮下硬结与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组轻度、中度、重度皮下硬结均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可有效改善胰岛素注射导致的皮下硬结。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of moxa-wool moxibustion on subcutaneous induration induced by insulin injection.Methods:A total of 74 patients with subcutaneous induration induced by insulin injection who were admitted from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine diabetes education and guidance,while the experimental group received routine diabetes education and guidance combined with moxa-wool moxibustion.The total effective rate of treatment and the improvement of subcutaneous induration induced by insulin injection were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of mild,moderate and severe subcutaneous induration(P>0.05).After the intervention,the mild,moderate and severe subcutaneous induration in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxa-wool moxibustion can effectively improve the subcutaneous induration induced by insulin injection.
