麝香保心丸联合尼可地尔治疗女性有症状的心肌缺血

Shexiang Baoxin Pills Combined with Nicorandil in Treatment of Symptomatic Myocardial Ischemia in Women

目的:分析麝香保心丸联合尼可地尔治疗中青年女性有症状(心慌、胸闷、胸痛、心电图有ST-T改变)心肌缺血的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年6月东营市第五人民医院门诊就诊的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予口服美托洛尔缓释片和辅酶Q,观察组给予口服美托洛尔缓释片、尼可地尔、麝香保心丸。比较两组患者治疗前后总有效率、心电图、动态心电图或运动平板试验改善情况和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组和对照组ST段下降导联数(NST)、ST段压低之和(∑ST)、心电图心肌缺血总负荷(TIB)均好于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尼可地尔联合麝香保心丸对缓解中青年患者的心肌缺血症状疗效显著,可显著改善患者症状,改善心电图ST-T改变。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with nicorandil on treating young and middle-aged women with symptomatic(palpitation,chest tightness,chest pain,and ST-T changes in electrocardiogram)myocardial ischemia.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2020,80 patients who were treated in the Outpatient Department of the Fifth People’s Hospital of Dongying City were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given oral metoprolol sustained-release tablets and coenzyme Q,and the observation group was given oral metoprolol sustained-release tablets,nicorandil,and Shexiang Baoxin Pills.The total effective rate before and after treatment,the improvement of electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram or exercise treadmill test before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total number of leads in which the ST segment in decreased(NST),the depression of ST segment(∑ST)and the total myocardial ischemia burden(TIB)of the observation group and the control group were better than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nicorandil combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pills has a significant effect on relieving symptoms of myocardial ischemia in young and middleaged patients,and can significantly improve the symptoms and ST-T changes of electrocardiogram.
