探讨心理护理对重症监护室患者护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Psychological Nursing for ICU Patients

目的:分析心理护理对重症监护室(ICU)患者护理效果的影响。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年2月阳江市人民医院收治的73例ICU重症患者作为研究对象。使用随机数表法展开分组,研究组37例患者,采用心理护理进行干预。对照组36例患者,采用常规护理进行干预。比较两组患者心理状态评分及满意度评分。结果:研究组SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.5789,P=0.0000)。结论:心理护理在ICU重症护理中临床疗效显著,能够有效提升治疗效果,提高患者的情绪质量,患者的生活质量也得到提升,患者的满意度更高,值得进一步临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the nursing effect of intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods:A total of 73 severe ICU patients admitted to Yangjiang People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 wereselected as the study subjects.The random number table method was used for grouping,37 patients in the study group wereintervened by psychological nursing,and 36 patients in the control group were intervened by routine nursing.The psychologicalstate scores and satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the study group werebetter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the studygroup was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.5789,P=0.0000).Conclusion:Psychological nursing has a significant clinical effect in severe ICU cases,it can effectively improve the treatmenteffect,the emotional quality,the quality of life and the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
