基于营养支持的康复外科护理在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用

Application of Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing Based on Nutritional Support in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的:探讨在老年髋部骨折患者中实施基于营养支持的加速康复外科护理的效果和价值。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年10月长沙市第四医院收治的老年髋部骨折患者280例,依据不同护理方案分为两组,各140例。对照组实施常规骨科护理方案;研究组则实施以营养支持为基础的加速康复外科护理。比较两组营养状况、髋关节功能恢复优良率、术后并发症发生率和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果:研究组血红蛋白丢失量低于对照组,白蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组髋关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理过程中给予老年髋部骨折患者营养支持的前提下实施快速外科护理,可以尽快帮助患者康复,同时还能保证营养的有效摄入,从而降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect and value of implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing based on nutritional support in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:A total of 280 elderly patients with hip fracture who were admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from April 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing plans,with 140 cases in each group.The control group was given routine orthopedic nursing program;the study group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing based on nutritional support.The nutritional status,excellent and good rate of hip function recovery,postoperative complication rate and visual analog scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The loss of hemoglobin in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the albumin level was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing under the premise of providing nutritional support to elderly patients with hip fracture during the nursing process can help patients recover as soon as possible,and at the same time ensure effective nutrition intake,thereby reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
