手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术切口感染的效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention in Operating Room on Preventing Gastrointestinal Surgical Incision Infection

目的:分析手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术切口感染的效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年3月于荆门妇幼保健院接受胃肠道手术的60例患者,通过电脑随机的划分方式将其划分为观察组及对照组,各30例。对照组应用常规管理,观察组则应用手术室护理干预。对比分析两组患者的不良事件发生率、住院时间、住院费用以及患者的满意度。结果:观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对在手术室进行胃肠道手术的患者采用手术室护理干预可以有效降低切口的感染率、不良事件的发生率,确保了患者的安全,有利于患者的预后恢复,减少了患者的医疗负担,患者更加满意。

Objective:To analyze the effect of operating room nursing intervention on the prevention of gastrointestinal surgical incision infection.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in Jingmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by computer,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given operating room nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse events,length of hospital stay,hospitalization costs,and patient’s satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay and the cost of hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery in the operating room,operating room nursing intervention can effectively reduce the infection rate of the incision and the incidence of adverse events,ensure the safety of the patients,facilitate the prognosis and recovery of the patients,and reduce the medical treatment burden of the patients,which make patients more satisfied.
