摘要
阐述了应用型本科高校“双师型”人才引进的迫切性和重要性,分析了当前我国应用型本科高校人才引进的现状与困境,提出了应用型本科高校“双师型”人才引进培养对策。认为应用型本科高校必须根据自身的定位与专业特色,加强校企合作和产教融合,重视企业优秀人才的柔性引进,不断加强“双师型”引进人才的培训与培养,完善“双师型”人才激励机制,积极创建多元化、发展性人才评价体系,增强应用型本科高校的科技创新水平和人才引进优势,推进高等职业教育改革不断深化。
This paper expounds the urgency and importance of the introduction of “double-qualified” teachers in Chinese application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,as well as the current situation and dilemma they faced,and puts forward corresponding training countermeasures.It believes that application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities must strengthen college-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education according to their own positioning and professional characteristics.They should pay attention to the flexible introduction of enterprise talents,constantly strengthen the training of “double-qualified” teachers,improve the talent incentive mechanism,and actively create a diversified and developmental talent evaluation system,enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation and the advantages of talent introduction,so as to promote the continuous deepening reform of higher vocational education.
