摘要
根据理想气体混合物特性并参照化工物性计算原理,编制一个通用的VBA(计算程序)计算烟气参数的方法,以替代由烟气物性图表插值物性参数的繁琐方法。应用实例表明,该方法可以快速准确地计算出烟气的各种热物性参数,包括密度、定压比热、导热系数、动力黏度、普朗特数等,且与查表值基本吻合。
According to the characteristics of ideal gas mixture and referring to the calculation principle of chemical physical properties,a general VBA(calculation program)method for calculating flue gas parameters is developed to replace the tedious method of interpolating physical parameters from flue gas physical property charts.According to practical application examples,this method can quickly and accurately calculate various thermophysical parameters of flue gas,including density,constant pressure specific heat,thermal conductivity,dynamic viscosity,Prandtl number,etc.And it is basically consistent with the table value.
