补中益气汤联合生物电刺激治疗对产后盆底康复疗效研究

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Bioelectrical Stimulation on Postpartum Pelvic Floor Re‐habilitation

目的:观察补中益气汤联合生物电刺激治疗对产后盆底康复的治疗作用,以期为中西医结合治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病提供可靠的临床依据。方法:2021年1~12月收治的产后PFD患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。分别进行生物电刺激、补中益气汤联合生物电刺激治疗。比较治疗前后手测盆底肌力(Oxford Scale评分法)、肌电活动、疲劳度、尿失禁评分(ICI-Q-SF)、盆腔脱垂分期(POPQ)、性生活质量(PISQ-12)、中医症候积分。结果:治疗后,两组患者的手测盆底肌力、肌电活动、PISQ-12较治疗前升高(P<0.05),疲劳度、ICI-Q-SF、POP-Q、中医证候各项积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的手测盆底肌力、肌电活动、PISQ-12显著高于对照组(P<0.05)、疲劳度、ICI-Q-SF、POP-Q、中医证候(神疲、气短、自汗评分及总积分)较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合生物电刺激治疗可有效缓解产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者临床症状,改善盆底功能,提高性生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with bioelectrical stimulation on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation,in order to provide a reliable clinical basis for the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:90 patients with postpartum PFD treated from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Bioelectrical stimulation,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with bioelectrical stimulation were performed respectively.The hand measured pelvic floor muscle strength(Oxford scale score),electromyographic activity,fatigue,urinary incontinence score(ici-q-sf),pelvic prolapse stage(POP-Q),quality of sexual life(pisq-12)and TCM symptom score were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the hand measured pelvic floor muscle strength,EMG activity and pisq-12 of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of fatigue,ici-q-sf,POP-Q and TCM syndromes were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The hand measured pelvic floor muscle strength,EMG activity and pisq-12 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),fatigue,ici-q-sf,POP-Q TCM syndromes(mental fatigue,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating score and total score)were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with bioelectrical stimulation can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,improve pelvic floor function and improve the quality of sexual life,which is worth popularizing.
