肱骨外上髁炎是针灸推拿科临床常见疾病,其临床表现为肘外侧疼痛及肘腕活动受限,严重影响患者日常生活活动能力。推拿手法是本病的首选治疗方式,但目前医家多着眼于肘关节局部的施治。广州中医药大学第一附属医院推拿科科主任张静医师在多年临床实践中总结出一套颈肩肘同治推拿法治疗本病,疗效显著,本文详细论述本法操作并从中医及经络理论、筋骨解剖理论及神经解剖理论三方面初步探讨其起效机制。

Lateral Epicondylitis is a common disease often encountered at acupuncture and tuina department,which demonstrates as pain and tenderness on the elbow and limited movement of elbow and wrist.It extremely lowers the quality of life when it occurs.Tuina and manipulation therapy is the first-line treatment of this disease while most practitioners restrict themselves by manipulating only on the elbow part.ZHANG Jing,the headmaster of department of tuina of the First Clinical Medical School,Guangzhou University of CM,has raised a treatment of combined tuina on neck,shoulder and elbow through years of clinical experience,which turns to have obvious curative effect.This article demonstrates the detailed steps and the fundamental mechanisms behind,from TCM and meridians and anatomy of bones,tendons and nercves.
