基于“象思维”浅析龙骨、牡蛎药对在“经方”中的运用

龙骨、牡蛎是我们临床常用药对且两药常相须为用,然而仲景遣方用药时有将其合用,也有将其单用的情况。本文即基于“中医象思维”对龙骨、牡蛎药对在经方中合用、单用的情况作一理论探析,深入挖掘仲景使用龙骨、牡蛎时的组方规律和用药原则,以期更好的指导临床用药,给出中药药对在临床中使用的正确态度。

Keel and oyster are commonly used in clinical medicine,and the two medicines are often used in conjunction with each other.However,when Zhongjing Zhang used them,he sometimes used them together or used them alone.This article is based on the"Xiang thinking"to make a theoretical analysis of the combination or single use of keel and oyster in the classics,and deeply explore Zhongjing's formulation rules and medication principles when using keel and oyster,in order to better guide clinical practice.Medication,give the correct attitude of traditional Chinese medicine to the clinical use.
