摘要
目的:通过DIERS-步态分析系统观察膝内翻人群的步态特征及对足踝生物力学的影响。方法:运用DIERS-步态分析系统对膝内翻人群和健康志愿者各30名进行步态测试,观察两组人群步态时间参数的支撑相、承重反应期、单支撑期、单支撑期、摆动相和步长时间,以及观察两组人群步态空间参数的步长、足偏角、步频和步宽。结果:两组人群的步态在时间参数上对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);在空间参数上,两组人群的左、右步长及步频的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但膝内翻组步宽比对照组宽,比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);膝内翻组的左、右两脚的足偏角比对照组大,比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝内翻引起踝关节的结构力线变化,改变正常步态,使步宽增宽,足偏角增大。
Objective:DIERS-gait analysis system was used to observe the gait characteristics of knee varus population and its effect on ankle biomechanics.Methods:The DIERS-gait analysis system was used to test the gait of 30 knee varus people and 30 healthy volunteers.The support phase,load-bearing response period,single support period,single support period,swing phase and step time of gait time parameters of the two groups were observed,as well as the step size,foot deflection angle,step frequency and step width of gait space parameters of the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in gait between the two groups in terms of time parameters(P>0.05).In terms of spatial parameters,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of left and right step length and step cadence between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the stride width of the knee varus group was wider than that of the blank group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The foot rotation of the left and right feet in the knee varus group was larger than that in the blank group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu‐sion:the knee varus causes the change of the structural force line of the ankle joint,changes the normal gait,broadens the step ca‐dence and increases the foot rotation.
