摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是临床常见的免疫性疾病之一,关节滑膜的炎性浸润、滑膜细胞“肿瘤样”过渡增殖及软骨的破坏是RA的主要病理特征。低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是一种由低氧诱导细胞产生的调节氧稳态的核转录因子,研究表明其参与了RA的发病和病情进展。本文就目前HIF-1的结构、表达、调节及其在RA发病中相关作用进行综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is one of the common immune diseases in clinic.Inflammatory infiltration of joint synovium,"tumor-like"transitional proliferation of synovial cells and destruction of cartilage are the main pathological features of RA.Hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)is a nuclear transcription factor produced by hypoxia-induced cells to regulate oxygen homeostasis.Studies have shown that HIF-1 is involved in the onset and progression of RA.This article reviews the structure,expression,regulation of HIF-1 and its related role in RA.
