摘要 非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)是临床上常见的退行性疾病,因其高发病率和致残率而受到广泛关注。该病发病机制复杂,目前尚未有较好的治疗策略。近年来,体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)被广泛应用于消除组织内炎症、促进血液循环及改善中枢敏化;且能明显缓解NLBP患者腰部疼痛、改善肌肉和关节功能,兼之具有非侵入、安全等特点,已得到广大患者的认可,值得临床推广。本文总结了ESWT治疗NLBP的临床效果和机制研究进展,以期为临床应用和科学研究提供借鉴。 Non-specific low back pain(NLBP) is a common degenerative disease in clinic, which has attracted wide attention due to its high incidence rate and disability rate. The pathogenesis of the disease is complicated, and there is no better treatment strategy at present. In recent years, extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT) has been widely used to eliminate inflammation in tissues, promote blood circulation and improve central sensitization;it can significantly alleviate waist pain in patients with NLBP, improve muscle and joint function, is non-invasive and safe, and it has been recognized by the majority of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion. This article summarizes the clinical efficacy and mechanism research progress of ESWT in the treatment of NLBP, in order to provide reference for clinical application and research.
