摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,对加快培养合格临床医生和提升医师队伍整体水平至关重要。本文通过分析综合性医院口腔住院医师规范化培训的教学和考核评价现状,提出了构建分层分级教学和考核评价体系的方法。通过入科考核形成诊断性评价,分组制订进阶教学计划。在过程考核中设置分级考核标准,对不同层次学员形成客观评价。最后,在结业考核中形成终结性评价。这种全周期的评价体系更系统全面,在多次评价中得到及时反馈,从而进一步优化分层分级教学体系,促进综合性医院口腔住院医师规范化培训教学质量的持续改进和人才培养模式的优化。
Standardized training of resident physicians is an important part of post-graduation medical education for medical students, which is very important to accelerate the training of qualified clinicians and improve the overall level of physicians. This article elaborates the teaching and assessment status of standardized training of stomatological residents in general hospitals, it also proposes the ways to build the hierarchical teaching and assessment system. Diagnostic evaluation is formed through admission examination, and advanced teaching plans are established in groups. Proper evaluation is formed in different levels of students by process assessment, which designs the grading assessment standard. Finally, summative evaluation will be assessed in the completion assessment. This full-cycle evaluation system is more systematic and comprehensive, and can get timely feedback in multiple evaluations, so as to further optimize the hierarchical teaching system and promote the continuous improvement of standardized teaching quality and the optimization of talent training mode for stomatological residents in general hospitals.
