Notch信号在颅颌面骨骼发育及骨代谢中的作用

摘要 颅颌面各骨骼因其特殊的解剖结构而具有不同的生长发育方式,包括软骨内成骨、膜内成骨和骨缝成骨,由间充质细胞分化而来的软骨细胞、成骨细胞在其中发挥关键作用。在成骨细胞-破骨细胞偶联的骨代谢作用下,发育成形后的颅颌面骨将继续完成生长改建,异常的骨代谢会导致骨改建失衡、骨吸收破坏及骨愈合障碍等问题。近年来,Notch信号在颅颌面骨骼发育及骨代谢中的重要作用受到越来越多的关注。Notch信号作为发育相关的经典信号,被证明影响间充质细胞、软骨细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞等等骨发育及代谢相关细胞的分化及功能。具有特殊生长发育方式的髁突、颅缝、牙槽骨等颅颌面骨,也被证明与Notch信号密切相关。本文就Notch信号在颅颌面骨骼发育及骨代谢中的作用进行综述,以期为相关疾病的防治提供新的思路。 Due to its special anatomical structure,cranialmaxillofacial bones have various development modes,including endochondral,intramembrane and suture osteogenesis,in which chondrocytes and osteoblasts differentiated from mesenchymal cells play a key role.Under the action of osteoblast-osteoclast coupling bone metabolism,the developed cranialmaxillofacial bones will continue to grow and rebuild,and abnormal bone metabolism will lead to problems such as bone remodeling imbalance,bone absorption and bone healing disorders.In recent years,Notch signaling has received more and more attention for its important role in cranialmaxillofacial bone development and bone metabolism.Notch signal,as a classical signal related to development,affects the differentiation and function of bone development and metabolism related cells such as mesenchymal cells,chondrocytes,osteoblasts and osteoclasts.Cranialmaxillofacial bones with special development patterns,such as condyle,cranial suture and alveolar bone,have also been revealed to be closely associated with Notch signaling.This article reviews the role of Notch signaling in cranialmaxillofacial bone development and bone metabolism,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
