摘要
深静脉血栓形成(DVT)是一种常见具有潜在致死性疾病。目前国内对深静脉血栓诊疗存在一定局限性,普通凝血测试对部分高危患者不能进行有效的筛选,可能无法提供准确的治疗指导决策。血栓弹力图(TEG)技术可在体外模拟血栓形成的整个过程,能客观准确地显示反应时间、血块形成时间、血块形成速率、最大振幅、凝血指数等相关信息,全面准确地反映人体的凝血功能,从而为临床预防、诊断、治疗深静脉血栓提供指导。本文对血栓弹力图在深静脉血栓疾病临床诊疗这一领域的研究进展进行综述。
Deep venous thrombosis is a common and potentially fatal disease.At present,there are some limitations in the diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis.Common coagulation tests cannot effectively screen some high-risk patients and may not provide accurate treatment guidance decisions.Thrombus elastic graph(TEG)technology can simulate the whole process of thrombosis in vitro,can objectively and accurately show the reaction time,blood clot formation time,blood clot formation rate,maximum amplitude,coagulation index and other related information,comprehensively and accurately reflect human coagulation function,and provide guidance for clinical prevention,diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis.This paper reviews the research progress of thromboelastography in the field of clinical diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis.
