摘要
目的比较小儿咳喘颗粒联合布地奈德雾化与单纯雾化治疗支气管哮喘并发肺部感染的效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年9月江西省儿童医院收治的80例支气管哮喘并发肺部感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组在上述基础上采用小儿咳喘颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状改善情况(呼吸困难持续时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽持续时间)、炎症水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肺部湿啰音消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的IL-6水平低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿咳喘颗粒联合布地奈德雾化治疗支气管哮喘并发肺部感染患儿可提高临床疗效,降低炎症水平,安全性较高,值得临床重视。
Objective To compare the curative effect of Xiaoer Kechuan Granule combined with Budesonide Atomization and simple atomization in the treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary infection admitted to Jiangxi Children′s Hospital from December 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide Atomization treatment,and the observation group was given Xiaoer Kechuan Granule on the basis of the above.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement(duration of dyspnea,disappearance time of lung moist rales,disappearance time of lung wheezing and cough duration),inflammatory level(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6])and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lung moist rales,disappearance time of lung wheezing and cough duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 in the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and that in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Kechuan Granule combined with Budesonide Atomization can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the level of inflammation in children with bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary infection,which is safe and worthy of clinical attention.
