Application effect of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into internal medicine teaching

摘要 目的从临床医学专业内科学课程思政建设着手,探讨课程思政融入内科学教学的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至12月于青海大学附属医院消化内科实习轮转的56名临床医学专业医学生为研究对象,按学号末位奇偶分为观察组和对照组,每组各28名。两组学生均由一名教学经验丰富的讲师进行授课,授课内容为内科学消化系统疾病溃疡性结肠炎。对照组进行常规教学,观察组将课程思政融入教学中。课后通过问卷调查、学生访谈评价两组教学效果。结果两组学生在专业课程知识掌握情况、课程知识实用性、科研精神感受及整体教学评价方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组能感受到医德医风重要性和课堂正能量者占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组课程评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生访谈反馈,课程思政教学教师更具教学热情,课堂氛围更活跃,感受到强烈的职业荣誉感与使命感。结论推广医学专业课程思政建设,有助于提升教师育德意识与育人能力;增进医学生对病患的关怀精神、对科学的追求精神、对医学的奉献精神;帮助医学生建立正确的价值导向。 Objective Starting from the ideological and political construction of internal medicine curriculum of clinical medicine specialty,this paper discusses the application effect of integrating curriculum ideological and political into internal medicine teaching.Methods A total of 56 medical students majoring in clinical medicine who rotated in the Department of Gastroenterology,the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from September to December 2021 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity of the last position of their student ID,with 28 students in each group.Both groups were taught by an experienced lecturer on the internal medicine of the digestive disease ulcerative colitis.The control group carried out routine teaching,while the observation group integrated curriculum ideological and political teaching.After class,the teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by questionnaire survey and student interview.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of professional curriculum knowledge mastery,curriculum knowledge practicability,scientific research spirit feeling and overall teaching evaluation(P>0.05).The proportion of those who felt the importance of medical ethics and classroom positive energy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The classroom score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to students′interview feedback,ideological and political teachers of the course were more enthusiastic in teaching,the classroom atmosphere was more active,and they feel a strong sense of professional honor and mission.Conclusion Promoting the ideological and political construction of medical courses is helpful to improve the moral awareness and ability of teachers.Promote medical students to the spirit of caring for patients,the pursuit of science spirit,dedication to medicine,help medical students to establish the correct value orientation.
