呼吸功能训练配合康复护理在结核性脓胸术后患者恢复中的应用效果

Application effect of respiratory function training combined with rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of patients with tuberculous empyema after operation

目的探讨呼吸功能训练配合康复护理在结核性脓胸术后患者恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月于江西省胸科医院收治的40例结核性脓胸术后患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用呼吸功能训练配合康复护理。比较两组患者的肺部并发症、疼痛评分、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的疼痛评分均低于护理前,且观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸功能训练配合康复护理方案对结核性脓胸术后患者效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of respiratory function training combined with rehabilitation nursing in the recovery of patients with tuberculous empyema after surgery.Methods A total of 40 patients with tuberculous empyema after surgery admitted to Jiangxi Chest Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were treated with respiratory function training and rehabilitation nursing.Lung complications,pain score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain score of both groups was lower than that before nuring,and the pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function training combined with rehabilitation nursing program is effective for patients with tuberculous empyema after operation.
