不同浓度医用三氧自体血回输治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果比较 被引量:2

Comparison of the effects of different concentrations of medical ozon autologous blood transfusion in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis

摘要 目的 探讨不同浓度医用三氧自体血回输治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果及对患者疼痛程度、炎症因子水平的影响,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年6月东莞市东南部中心医院收治的72例急性痛风性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(36例)患者应用浓度为20μg/mL的医用三氧自体血回输治疗,研究组(36例)患者应用浓度为30μg/mL的医用三氧自体血回输治疗,两组患者均治疗10次。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后关节肿胀评分、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分,血沉(ESR)、血尿酸(BUA)、血清炎症因子水平,以及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者关节肿胀评分、VAS评分、ESR、BUA、血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与浓度为20μg/mL的医用三氧自体血比较,30μg/mL的医用三氧自体血回输治疗急性痛风性关节炎可有效提高临床疗效,缓解患者的关节肿胀与疼痛,减轻机体炎症反应,且无明显不良反应增加。 Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of medical ozon autologous blood transfusion in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and its effects on the pain degree and inflammatory factor levels of patients, so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to Dongguan South-East Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group(36 cases) were treated with medical ozon autologous blood transfusion with a concentration of 20 μg/mL, the patients in the study group(36 cases) were treated with medical ozon autologous blood transfusion with a concentration of 30 μg/mL, both groups were treated 10 times. The clinical efficacy, joint swelling score, pain visual analog scale(VAS) score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), blood uric acid(BUA) levels, serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group;compared with before treatment, the joint swelling score, VAS score, ESR, BUA, serum interleukin-8(IL-8), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels of the two groups significantly decreased, and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the concentration of 20 μg/m L medical ozon autologous blood, 30 μg/m L medical ozon autologous blood reinfusion in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, relieve the patient’s joint swelling and pain, and reduce body inflammation reaction, and there is no significant increase in adverse reactions.
