患者自控新型电子评分器在术后恶心呕吐评估中的应用

Application effect of new patient-controlled electronic scoring device in assessment of postoperative nausea and vomiting

目的:探索患者自控新型电子评分器在术后恶心呕吐评估中的应用效果,为优化术后恶心呕吐的评估提供新方法。方法:选取全麻下行腹腔镜非胃肠手术的患者作为本次的研究对象,并采用随机计算机法将患者分为两组,电子组(n=600)使用患者自控新型电子评分器,纸质组(n=600)使用常规纸质版视觉模拟评分。比较经两种评分方法评估患者的首次恶心呕吐时间、首次恶心呕吐评分、术后24 h内呕吐次数、术后补救性止吐药物的应用率以及患者对使用两种评分器的满意度。结果:电子组的首次恶心呕吐时间明显早于纸质组(P<0.05),并且电子组首次呕吐评分低于纸质组(P<0.05),术后24 h内呕吐次数高于纸质组(P<0.05),电子组评估的工作效率明显高于纸质组(P<0.05),电子组术后24 h内补救性止吐药应用率少于纸质组(P<0.05),而患者使用电子评分器满意度评分高于纸质组(P<0.05)。结论:使用患者自控新型电子评分器能够及时发现患者恶心呕吐的情况,及时给予有效的救治,减少术后补救性止吐药的应用,使得患者就医满意度更高,对患者的临床救治工作具有重要的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of new patient-controlled electronic scoring device in the assessment of postoperative nausea and vomiting,and to provide a new method for optimizing the evaluation of postoperative nausea and vomiting.Methods:Patients undergoing laparoscopic non-gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into two groups by random computer method.Electronic group(600 cases)received new patient-controlled electronic scoring device for patients control,and paper group(600 cases)used conventional paper-based visual analog score.The time of first nausea and vomiting,first nausea and vomiting score,number of vomiting and application rate of remedial antiemetic drugs in 24 hours after surgery and patient satisfaction with the use of both evaluator were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of first nausea and vomiting in the electronic group was significantly earlier than that in the paper group,and the score of first vomiting in the electronic group was lower than that in the paper group,and the number of vomiting in the electronic group was higher than that in the paper group(all P<0.05).The evaluation efficiency of the electronic group was significantly higher than that in the paper group(P<0.05).The application rate of remedial antiemetic drugs within 24 hours after surgery in the electronic group was lower than that in the paper group(P<0.05),while the satisfaction score of patients using electronic evaluator was higher than that in the paper group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of new patient-controlled electronic scoring device can timely find the situation of patients with nausea and vomiting,timely provide effective treatment,reduce the application of postoperative remedial antiemetic drugs,make patients more satisfied with medical treatment,which has important application value for the clinical treatment of patients.
