甲醇装置存在多处高压串低压的风险部位,需要逐一分析引发原因及风险级别,根据分析结果采取相应的安全防控措施以保证装置本质安全;在工程设计中还要根据对上下游的影响、采购周期、施工复杂性等综合因素选取最优解决方案。
There are many blow-by risk parts in a methanol plant, it is necessary to analyze the causes and risk level one by one, and take corresponding safety prevention and control measures according to the analysis results to ensure the intrinsic safety of the plant.In addition, the optimal solution shall be selected according to the effect of upstream and downstream, procurement cycle, construction complexity and other comprehensive factors.
