菊苣在山区无公害生猪生产中的应用效果

摘要 为研究菊苣在山区生产无公害肉猪中的应用效果,该文在山区边陲靖西市的猪场进行试验及应用。结果表明,适量用菊苣青饲料喂猪,可以青补精,降低成本,满足营养,增加产仔数;当菊苣青料占日粮的13%时,头日均增重749.02 g;瘦肉率较高,为63.7%,与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);屠宰率为73.8%,饲料转化率为3.03 kg,比对照组高,成本减少81.57元,经济效益高,每头猪平均纯收益501.47元,与对照组差异显著(P<0.01)。用菊苣养猪还可改善肉品质,提高质量,对发展无公害生猪作用明显,经检测,猪肉胆固醇含量降约1/3,钙质含量升约15.6%。 In order to study the effect of Chicory on the production of pollution-free pigs in mountainous areas,the experiment was conducted in a pig farm in Jingxi City,the border of mountainous areas.The results showed that using chicory green diet to feed pigs could improve quality,reduce cost,satisfy nutrition and increase litter size.When chicory green diet accounted for 13%of the diet,the first-day average weight gain was 749.02 g.The lean meat rate was higher,which was 63.7%,the dressing rate was 73.8%,the feed conversion rate was 3.03 kg,the cost was 81.57 yuan less than the control group,the economic benefit was higher,the average net income per pig was 501.47 yuan more than the control group,the difference was significant.Using Chicory to raise pigs can also improve the meat quality and improve the quality,and it has obvious effect on the development of non-pollution pigs.The cholesterol content in pork decreased by about 1/3,and the calcium content increased by about 15.6%.
