Rivers and Civilizations

河流孕育了人类文明,也一度受到工业文明的严重破坏。人类文明必须进行生态转向,以“天人合一”为核心价值观,实现人与自然的和谐相处,保障河流资源的可持续发展。河流启发了水文化,中国古代先哲们通过观察河流获得了很多真知灼见,古代水利工程建设也积累了丰富的实践经验,为现代生态文明建设提供了丰厚的文化资源。河流滋养了文学,中国山水文学形成了将自然之美与人文之美相融合的创作传统。挖掘、阐发生态文学的审美意义和思想价值,不仅可以启迪现代人的心灵世界,而且还能提升河流的历史文化内涵,促进旅游经济的发展。

While the river is the cradle of human civilization,the river ecological environment has been seriously damaged in the process of industrial civilization.An ecological shift in human civilization is therefore called upon to promote the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature based on the concept of"harmony between Man and Nature",thus ensuring the sustainable development of rivers.Chinese traditional river culture provides rich cultural resources for the construction of eco-civilization,including the remarkable ecological wisdoms gained by observing rivers and the abundant practical experience accumulated in ancient water conservancy projects.Chinese landscape literature has developed a unique writing tradition of blending natural beauty and humanistic spirit.We should expound aesthetic meaning and ideological value in ecological literature,which can enlighten modem people and enhance the historical and cultural connotations of rivers to promote the development of tourism economy.
