网络关系如何影响中小企业国际化绩效——基于国际创业导向的中介作用和国际机会识别的调节作用

How Do Network Relationships Affect the Internationalization Performance of SMEs—Based on the Mediating Role of International Entrepreneurial Orientation and the Moderating Role of International Opportunity Identification

选取283家中小企业的问卷调查数据作为研究样本,通过整合网络关系观、动态能力观和创业联结观,考察网络关系对中小企业国际化绩效的影响。结果表明:商业网络关系和政治网络关系均与国际创业导向之间具有显著的倒U形关系;国际创业导向在网络关系与中小企业国际化绩效之间起着中介作用;偶然性国际机会识别对国际创业导向与中小企业国际化绩效之间的关系具有显著的调节作用。该研究结论不仅进一步明晰了网络关系与国际创业导向之间的关系,也为中小企业提高国际化绩效提供了重要的实践启示。

By integrating the view of network relationship,the view of dynamic ability and the view of entrepreneurial connection,the questionnaire data of 283 SMEs were selected as research samples,and the influence of network relationship on the internationalization performance of SMEs was investigated.Results show that:there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between business network and political network relationships and international entrepreneurial orientation;international entrepreneurial orientation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between social networks and the internationalization performance of SMEs;occasional international opportunity identification plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and the internationalization performance of SMEs.The research conclusion not only further clarifies the relationship between network relationships and the internationalization performance of SMEs,but also provides important practical implication for SMEs to improve their international performance.
