基于“玄府”理论探讨小儿抽动症病因病机与治疗

小儿抽动症与玄府郁闭关系密切。外风侵袭机体,邪气留滞体内,玄府郁闭,进而引动内风及风痰,久而化火,出现各种变化多端的抽动症状。辛散药、芳香药及虫类走窜药为开通玄府之要药,具有平肝熄风、豁痰定惊、滋肾补脾、柔肝熄风等功效。应用辛散药、芳香药及虫类走窜药治疗小儿抽动症,可使玄府开阖功能恢复,气机条达,筋肉滋养,震颤除,抽动消。
