摘要
以不同学龄段和社会文化背景的47669名青少年为调查对象,考察青少年积极心理品质及其与身心协同发展的关系。结果表明:青少年的积极心理品质存在性别差异和城乡差异,与没有留守经历的青少年相比,有留守经历的青少年的各项积极心理品质发展明显不足;青少年积极心理品质的培育与其身心协同发展具有同向性,积极心理品质能促进其身心协同发展。为培养青少年的积极心理品质,促进其身心协同发展,建议制定并落实“学校—家庭—社区”联动方案:学校积极更新心理健康教育理念,提出切实有效的青少年身心素质融合教育对策;家长充分了解并掌握孩子的身心发展规律,加强亲子交流与互动,改善亲子关系;社区着力加强青少年心理服务体系建设,关注处境不利青少年的身心协同发展。
In this study,47669 adolescents from different school ages and social and cultural backgrounds were selected as subjects to investigate the status of positive psychological quality and its relationship with the coordinated development of body and mind. The results showed that there were gender differences and urban-rural differences in the positive psychological qualities of adolescents,and the development of positive psychological qualities of adolescents with left-behind experience was obviously insufficient compared with adolescents with no left-behind experience;the cultivation of adolescents’ positive psychological qualities is homogeneous with their body and mind development,and the positive psychological qualities of adolescents can promote the coordinated development of body and mind health. In order to cultivate the positive psychological qualities of adolescents and promote their coordinated development of body and mind,it is recommended that the education administrative department formulate and implement the “school-family-community”linkage plan. The school actively updates the concept of mental health education and proposes effective educational countermeasures for the integration of physical and mental quality of adolescents;parents fully understand and grasp the laws of children’s physical and mental development,strengthen parent-child communication and interaction,and improve parent-child relationship;communities focus on strengthening the construction of the psychological service system for adolescents,paying attention to the coordinated development of the physical and mental qualities of disadvantaged adolescents.
