顶石课程理念下高校双创型人才培养模式初探 被引量:9

摘要 创新创业教育是培养高校高质量双创型人才的主要渠道。人才培养可基于顶石课程“整合、收尾、反思、过渡”功能理念,向过程化、阶段化、多元化、非标准化考核形式转变。通过重塑“主动参与式、过程激励式、评价反馈式、育人践行式”人才培养模式,创建“知·能·用”自主学习、“趣·创·专”任务激励、“多元·多样·常态”评价反馈三维人才培养方式,培养学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力,探索新形势下双创型人才培养的新规律,为建设创新型国家提供人才智力支撑。
