全国抗战时期傅作义部队的政治工作——兼论中国共产党部队政治工作对傅作义部的影响

On Reinforcing the Political Work within Fu Zuoyi’s Troops during the Chinese National War of Resistance Against Japan——Also on the Influences of the Political Work of the Communist Party of China on Fu Zuoyi’s Troops

遵从国民党中央政令、整肃军容军纪和受中国共产党的影响,是全国抗战时期傅作义部队开展政治工作的背景。傅作义部在各级建立了相对完整的政治工作体系,颁行了细致周密的工作守则,取得了一定的成效,其政治工作表现出可实施性、自主性和受中国共产党影响至深等特点。随着国民党第一次反共高潮的到来,傅作义部的政治工作因其落后的本质属性,并受到国民党中央的破坏和干扰,最终走向消沉。

Complying with with the Kuomintang central government’s decrees,cleaning up the military appearance and disciplines,and being influenced by the Communist Party of China constitute the backgrounds of why and how Fu Zuoyi reinforced the political work within his troops during the Chinese national war of resistance against Japan.By establishing a complete political work system at all units of the military,and carrying out the detailed and thorough work rules,such a reinforcement achieved certain results and showed the characteristics of operability,autonomy and being deeply influenced by the Communist Party of China.However,reinforcing the political work within Fu Zuoyi’s troops finally accomplished nothing but fading with the upsurge of the first anti-Communist movement during 1939—1940,which lied in not only being damaged and disturbed by the KMT central committee,but also the backwardness of the Fu Zuoyi’s troops.
