“标准不降”原则下高职扩招生源的个性化人才培养改革评析

Evaluation and Analysis on the Reform of Customized Talent Training of Expand Enrollment Students in Higher Vocational College under the Principle of “Secure the Standards ”

面对多元且多层的高职扩招生源,在“标准不降”原则下,高职扩招工作试点院校创新个性化人才培养改革,在培养目标差异化、课程体系柔性化、教学组织实施多样化以及受益增量式的多元化教学评价等方面开展了针对性的实践探索,着力增强人才培养的适需性,做法有利于推动高职院校个性化人才培养改革走向深入。只有在学校、专业、课程、教师和学生五层面进一步落实主体责任,五方联动形成合力,才能保证有质量的扩招目标实现。

Facing the “dynamic and multilevel” of expand enrollment students, the enrollment expansion pilot colleges attempt to innovate and reform customized talent training under the principle of “secure the standards”.Targeted practical exploration was carried out in the differentiation of training objectives, the flexibility of curriculum system, the diversification of teaching organization and implementation, and the diversification of teaching evaluation of income incremental type to enhance the suitability of talent training.The practice is conducive to promoting the reform of customized talent training in higher vocational colleges.Only by further implementing the subject responsibility at the five levels of school, major, curriculum, teacher and student,and forming the joint force, can we ensure the realization of quality enrollment expansion goals.
