摘要
为了解高职院校教师参与校外产业实践动因与影响因素,首次提出“产业能力再造”概念,认为高职教师在开展具体实践行为前应明确其地位、知识储备及角色重塑再造的必要性;选取地矿专业某矿井通风安全专业教师作为研究对象,采用叙事型个案访谈法,对该教师参与产业实践前后心理与行为动机变化展开详细描述,并对其在企业中成功实现自身价值和转化学习的原因进行了深入剖析,认为该教师能根据工作情境主动调整状态,适时改变角色定位、善于利用机遇创造有利条件、勇于主动挑战困难等,是其最终获得能力再造的关键;最后对高职教师产业实践活动中教师个人、校企与政府间应发挥的作用提出了一些建设性意见。
In order to understand the motivations and influencing factors of teachers in higher vocational colleges participating in off-campus industrial practice,the concept of“industrial capability reengineering”is proposed for the first time.Selecting a mine ventilation safety professional teacher under the major of geology and mining as the research object,using the narrative case interview method,the teacher’s psychological and behavioral motivation changes before and after participating in industrial practice are described in detail,and he successfully realizes his own value and behavior in the enterprise.The reasons for transforming learning are deeply analyzed,and it is believed that the teacher can actively adjust the state according to the work situation,change the role position in time,be good at using opportunities to create favorable conditions,and have the courage to take the initiative to challenge difficulties.Some constructive suggestions are put forward on the roles that teachers,schools,enterprises and the government should play in the industrial practice activities of vocational teachers.
