Historical Materialism Implication of Xi Jinping’s New Year Greetings

2014年至今,习近平主席已连续发表九次新年贺词。以往对习近平新年贺词的研究大多学者是基于某一视角,却鲜少有学者探究其中蕴含的历史唯物主义思想。作为总结过去、规划当下、展望未来的新年贺词,其短小精悍的字句中蕴含着浓浓的历史唯物主义思想,主要表现为“整体性方法”“人民群众观”“社会实践观”“科学发展观”“人生价值观”,是对21世纪马克思主义新境界的具体呈现和发展指南。

Since 2014,nine New Year greetings have been delivered by Chairman Xi Jinping consecutively.In the past,most of the researches on New Year greetings by Xi Jinping were based on a certain perspective,but few scholars explored the historical materialism contained in them.With an aim to summarize the past,plan the present and look forward to the future,New Year greetings’ short and concise words contain a strong sense of historical materialism,which is mainly manifested in “holistic approach”,“people’s view”,“social practice view”,“scientific development view” and “life values”,being a specific presentation and development guide to the new realm of Marxism in the 21st century.
