高校预备役士兵思想政治教育是指思想政治教育主体遵循思想政治教育的基本规律,运用思想政治教育方法,对大学生预备役士兵进行社会主义核心价值观教育、理想信念教育、国防教育,使其牢固树立中国特色社会主义共同理想,坚定马克思主义信念,具备强军备战的信心和勇气的社会实践活动。习近平强军思想是对马克思主义军事理论、毛泽东军事思想的继承和创新,是新时代中国特色强军之路的行动指南,是高校预备役士兵思想政治教育的主要内容,具有政治性、革命性和阵地性特征,对促进校园文化建设、促进全民国防教育、储备国防人才起着重大作用。近年来,高校预备役士兵思想政治教育取得了良好成就,也存在不足,只有确立其实践定位,建设优秀军事课师资团队,组建富有效率的管理体制,大学生预备役思想政治教育才具有实效性。
