论《老子》之“朴”的三重内涵及其当代意义

Triple Connotation of“朴(Pu)”in Lao Tseu and Its Contemporary Significance

在《老子》一书中,“朴”是一个重要的概念。考察《老子》主要注本,《老子》“朴”的重要性主要表现在其包孕的三重内涵:哲学义、政治义、伦理义。“朴”的哲学义指一种具有超越性、完美性的境界;政治义即是圣人治国理政之最高法式;伦理义指人性最原初、最浑全的面貌与状态。“朴”的当代意义主要体现在两点:其一是反抗现代性,其二是会通后现代性。

In Lao Tseu,“朴(Pu)”is an important concept.Investigating the main notes of the book,the importance of“朴(Pu)”is mainly manifested in its philosophical,political and ethical connotations.The philosophical meaning of“朴(Pu)”refers to a state of transcendence and perfection;the political meaning is the highest legal form of saints’governance;the ethical meaning refers to the most primitive and complete appearance and state of human nature.The contemporary significance of“朴(Pu)”is mainly reflected in two points,one is to resist modernity,the other is to understande post-modernity.
