摘要
金属离子在生物医学和化学催化等领域发挥着重要的作用,多酚是广泛存在于植物中具有潜在保健作用的化合物,金属离子和多酚结构可以相互交联自组装形成金属-多酚网络(metalpolyphenolic network,MPN),发挥金属与多酚的协同效应。近年来,基于MPN的表面涂层具有独特的优势被广泛用于装载各种抗肿瘤药物和构建多功能治疗诊断纳米服务平台,具有显著的诊疗效果。该文首先介绍了MPN的构建类型,详细论述了MPN的功能特性及其在肿瘤诊疗应用中的最新进展,包括肿瘤生物医学成像和抗肿瘤疗法。最后,总结了MPN在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,并对其在纳米医学中的发展趋势进行了展望。
Metal ions are applied in biomedicine,chemical catalysis and other fields,while polyphenols are compounds that widely exist in plants and have potential use in health care.Metal ions and polyphenol structures can be cross-linked and self-assembled to form metal-polyphenolic network(MPN)with a synergistic effect of two components.In recent years,the surface coating based on MPN has been widely used to load various antitumor drugs,and to construct a multifunctional nano service platform for diagnosis and treatment with unique advantages.In this article the constructions and characteristics of MPN,the latest progress of its application in biological imaging and antitumor therapy are introduced;and the development trend of metal-polyphenol materials in nano medicine is discussed.
