摘要
自2016年上海推行“社区空间微更新计划”,公共艺术在这个过程中扮演着重要的角色。政府、非营利组织、艺术团体和街道在不同层面有意识地通过公共艺术改善社区公共环境,提升社区的公共生活品质。然而,这些以政策推动的公共艺术作品(文化活动)在社区能维持多久?本文借成本效益分析法来厘清公共艺术项目所产生的成本、社会效益和限制条件,以此探讨如何构建可持续的运作机制。
Since the implementation of the"Community Space Micro-Update Plan"in Shanghai in 2016,public art has played an important role along the way.The government,non-profit organizations,art groups and communities consciously improve the public environment a n d t h e q u a l i t y o f p u b l i c l i f e i n t h e neighborhoods through public art.However,how long can these project-driven public works of art(or cultural activities)last in the communities?This paper uses cost-benefit analysis to clarify the costs,social benefits and limitations of public art projects,so as to discuss how to build a sustainable operation mechanism.
