高效液相色谱法测定染发类化妆品中26种禁用着色剂

Determination of 26 forbidden colorants in hair dye cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography

样品经乙酸铵水溶液或甲醇四氢呋喃混合溶剂超声提取,于Phenomenex Gemini C18色谱柱上进行色谱分离,以甲醇、乙腈和pH 6.0的20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。选择250,400,485,530和620 nm作为检测波长进行定量分析。考察染发类化妆品中膏霜类、蜡质类、喷雾类和摩丝类4种不同基质中26种禁用着色剂的回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD)。结果表明:在1~100 mg/L范围内,26种禁用着色剂的色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈线性关系,相关系数(R^(2))大于0.999。在高、低2个不同添加水平下,各目标化合物在4种基质中的回收率均在87.9%~112.9%之间,RSD小于10%,方法的定量限为5~50μg/g。

The samples were extracted by ultrasonic with ammonium acetate aqueous solution or methanol tetrahydrofuran mixed solvent as extraction solvents.The extracts were separated on a Phenomenex Gemini C18column using a gradient elution program with methanol,acetonitrile and 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution with pH 6.0 as mobile phases.The detection wavelengths were set at 250,400,485,530 and 620 nm.The recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 26 forbidden colorants in 4 different bases of creams,waxes,sprays and mousses for hair dye cosmetics,were investigated.The experimental results showed that the linear ranges of 26 target compounds were all in the range of 1-100 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The average recoveries of each target compound with two spiked levels in 4 different bases ranged from 87.9%to 112.9%,and the RSDs were less than 10%.The limits of quantification(LOQs)for the 26colorants ranged from 5 to 50μg/g.
