长链非编码RNA在癫痫发生发展中的作用及机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 癫痫是一种以脑神经元异常放电为特征的慢性反复发作性短暂脑功能失调综合征,其发生与细胞增殖、凋亡、突触强度变化、免疫应答以及离子通道功能障碍等病理生理过程密切相关,但目前癫痫的发病机制尚未完全明确。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)可通过影响神经细胞发育、突触重构以及离子通道和递质受体等基因的表达调控癫痫的发生发展过程。同时,某些lncRNA还可有效提高癫痫的疗效,对改善患者预后具有重要意义。因此,lncRNA可作为癫痫诊断、治疗及预后的生物标志物及潜在靶点,为未来癫痫疾病的诊治及癫痫患者相关靶点药物的研发提供新思路。 Epilepsy is a chronic recurrent transient brain dysfunction syndrome characterized by abnormal discharge of brain neurons.Its occurrence is closely related to the pathophysiological processes such as proliferation,apoptosis,changes in synaptic strength,immune response and ion channel dysfunction,etc.However,the pathogenesis of epilepsy is not been fully clarified.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)can regulate the occurrence and development of epilepsy by affecting gene expression of nerve cell development,synaptic remodeling,ion channels and transmitter receptors.At the same time,some lncRNAs can also effectively improve the curative effect of epilepsy,which is of great significance to improving the prognosis of the patients.Therefore,lncRNA may serve as biomarkers and potential targets for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of epilepsy,providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and the research and development of targeted drugs in the future.
