过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α在糖尿病慢性并发症中的作用机制 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病慢性并发症是糖尿病致死致残的主要原因,发病机制复杂,治疗方法有限,能否在控制血糖基础上进一步延缓或减弱慢性并发症对患者的损害,是糖尿病领域长期的研究热点和难点。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)是配体激活的转录因子,主要在代谢活跃的组织中表达,除调脂作用外,PPARα还具有调节糖尿病血管内皮功能平衡、保护糖尿病患者视神经、抑制氧化应激、抗炎、抗糖尿病肾脏纤维化、促进神经修复、改善神经微循环、减轻血管再生损伤的作用,目前在糖尿病慢性并发症中起重要作用。未来可能成为改善糖尿病慢性并发症的一种选择或治疗方式。 Chronic complications are the main cause of death and disability of diabetes mellitus.The pathogenesis is complex and the treatment methods are limited.Whether the damage of chronic complications to patients can be further delayed or weakened on the basis of controlling blood sugar is a long-term research hotspot and difficulty in the field of diabetes.Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα(PPARα)is a ligand-activated transcription factor,which is mainly expressed in metabolically active tissues.Besides lipid regulation,PPARαalso has the functions of regulating the balance of vascular endothelial function in diabetes mellitus,protecting the optic nerve,inhibiting oxidative stress,resisting inflammation,resisting diabetic renal fibrosis,promoting nerve repair,improving nerve microcirculation and alleviating vascular regeneration damage of the diabetic patients,playing an important role in chronic complications of diabetes mellitus.In the future,it may become a choice or treatment to improve the chronic complications of diabetes.
