“治未病”理论在防治宫腔粘连中的运用

Application of Preventive Treatment of Disease Theory in Prevention and Treatment of Intrauterine Adhesion

宫腔粘连是临床常见的子宫内膜损伤性疾病,严重影响女性的生活质量和妊娠率。目前,宫腔粘连的中医及西医治疗均以缓解症状为主,无法解决宫腔粘连复粘的问题。因此,宫腔粘连的预防和早期病情控制成为当前研究的热点,中医药在预防和早期治疗宫腔粘连方面具有一定优势。结合宫腔粘连的病因、发病机制和临床特点,应用中医“治未病”理论,从未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复角度探讨宫腔粘连的诊疗规律,为预防和治疗该病提供了新的思路和对策。未来,应注重“治未病”理论在防治宫腔粘连中的应用,以提高宫腔粘连的临床治疗效果。

Intrauterine adhesion is a common clinical endometrial injury disease,which seriously affects women′s quality of life and pregnancy rate.At present,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine treatment of intrauterine adhesion are mainly to alleviate symptoms,which cannot solve the problem of intrauterine adhesion and re-adhesion.Therefore,the prevention and early disease control have become the focus of current research.TCM has certain advantages in the prevention and early treatment.Combined with the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of intrauterine adhesion,applying the TCM theory of"preventive treatment of disease",here discusses the diagnosis and treatment law of intrauterine adhesion from the perspective of prevention before disease,prevention of change after disease and prevention from relapse after recovery,which provides new ideas and countermeasures.In the future,we should pay attention to the application of"preventive treatment of disease"theory in the prevention and treatment of intrauterine adhesion,so as to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
