摘要
肥胖不仅是一种多病因基础慢性疾病,还是诱发多种疾病的高危因素。n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)是人体重要的抗炎性细胞因子和必需营养素,目前被认为可通过抗炎作用、抑制脂肪生成和促进棕色脂肪组织形成等参与肥胖的防治。脂肪干细胞作为脂肪组织中一类多能干细胞,具有定向分化为成熟脂肪细胞的特性和多种分化潜能及免疫调节的功能,与肥胖和2型糖尿病关系密切。n-3 PUFAs可影响脂肪干细胞的成脂分化,但具体作用机制尚不明确。
Obesity is not only a chronic disease with multiple etiologies,but also a high risk factor for inducing a variety of diseases.n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-3 PUFAs)are important anti-inflammatory cytokines and essential nutrients for human body.It is currently believed that n-3 PUFAs can participate in the prevention and treatment of obesity through anti-inflammatory effects,inhibiting adipogenesis and promoting fat browning.Adipose-derived stem cells,as a kind of pluripotent stem cells in adipose tissue,have the characteristics of directed differentiation into mature adipocytes,diversified differentiation potential and immunomodulatory functions,and are closely related to obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Studies have shown that n-3 PUFAs can affect adipogenic differentiation of adipose stem cells,although the specific role and mechanism are not clear yet.
