摘要
变应性鼻炎(AR)作为近年来的常见疾病,具有病情反复、发病机制复杂、治疗手段局限等特点。在AR的基础研究中,对于疾病发展进程的探索动物疾病模型的建立必不可少,AR动物模型主要通过卵清蛋白、屋尘螨、细胞因子等作为变应原进行腹腔注射和(或)滴鼻等方式建立,虽众多研究人员均成功建立动物模型,但目前最佳造模方式尚无定论。同时基因干预措施作为分子组学研究的重要组成部分,亦有举足轻重的作用。动物AR模型的构建及干预方式多样,缺少规范统一的客观指标评价,但其从源头上决定后续所有实验的成败。因此,应对现有造模方式进行充分了解,以最大限度地避免实验失败,确保后续实验顺利进行,缩短实验周期。
As a common disease in recent years,allergic rhinitis(AR)is characterized by repeated conditions,complex pathogenesis,and limited treatment.In the basic research of AR,the research on the disease development inevitably involves the establishment of animal disease model.AR models are mainly established by ovalbumin,house dust mites,cytokines as the allergens through abdominal cavity injection and/or intranasal methods.Although many researchers have successfully established animal models,but the best modeling method has not been determined yet.Meanwhile,as an important part of molecular omics research,gene intervention also plays an important role.There are various ways to construct and intervene animal AR models,but still lacking standardized and unified objective index evaluation,which determines the success or failure of all subsequent experiments from the source.Therefore,the existing modeling methods should be fully understood to avoid the failure of the experiment to the greatest extent,ensure the smooth progress of the follow-up experiment and shorten the experimental cycle.
